Kirk Peterson, Sales Vice President
After graduating from The University of Nebraska Kearney with a bachelor’s degree in business, Kirk Peterson began a career in the financial services industry back in 2009 with TransAmerica. Shortly thereafter, he was recruited as a financial advisor to Modern Woodmen where his achievements were recognized in the roles of Producing Representative and Managing Partner. As a Managing Partner he recruited, hired, and trained his team of advisors on how best to serve their clients’ distinct financial needs. Kirk also obtained the accreditation of RICP (Retirement Income Certified Professional), which is the most complete and comprehensive program available to financial advisors looking to help their clients create sustainable retirement income. Throughout his career, Kirk’s focus has been centered on building a team whose motivation is on clients’ protection, savings, retirement, business and estate planning. He has a distinct emphasis on utilizing insurance and annuities to protect families from financial devastation, as well as collaborating on how to best pass a farm or business on to the next generation.
In 2017, Kirk brought his expertise in the insurance industry to Selle Financial Company and joined as Sales Vice President. He meets with financial advisors to share his proficiency in the insurance market, making sure all of your clients have the appropriate strategy, products and underwriting for their individualized financial plans. Kirk enjoys each appointment he goes on because he has yet to run into the same exact case twice, and he looks forward to helping you and your clients create financial sustainability.
